WEBKAART / TERMS

Terms and Conditions

The principles governing enquiries, proposals and Webkaart services.

General information

Website content explains our services; it does not constitute a binding offer. Delivery commitments arise only under a mutually accepted statement of work or agreement.

Proposals and pricing

Published starting prices are indicative and may change. A formal quotation should define scope, taxes, payment schedule, exclusions, hosting and revision terms before work begins.

Intellectual property

Ownership, licences and transfer of project deliverables must be defined in the individual contract. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences.

Acceptable use

Clients must provide content and access they are authorised to use. Unlawful activity and attempts to compromise systems are prohibited.

Commercial terms

The contracting legal entity, tax details, governing law and other enforceable terms must be confirmed in the final written agreement. These website terms require legal review before launch.
